These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered with Herrstil. By placing an order, acknowledge that you without any limitations accept these general terms and conditions. Herrstil reserve the rights to change these terms and conditions and update the online retail at any time. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.
Please Note: These Terms & Conditions applies to all website under the domain of Herrstil. When it in this policy is stated Herrstil, Herrstil.com, "we" or "us" it goes for all domains operated by Vensar AB under the domain of Herrstil.

PRIVACY POLICY
According with EU privacy law GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) we have a privacy policy on what kind of information we process from our customers and how we manage it.
What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?
When placing an order at Herrstil.com we solely collect the information you provide us with that is necessary for the placing and dispatch of your order.
The information that is collected is your name and address for the delivery of your order together with your billing address. We also collect your email and phone number in order to contact you when your order has been dispatched and is ready for delivery. This information is collected and managed so that we can fulfill our part of the contract with you. The information collected is used to provide you with a good shopping experience.
If you sign up to our newsletter we will also add your email address to our newsletter list and it will be kept there until you, at any time, unsubscribes by following the link at the bottom of the newsletter or get in contact with our customer support team at support@herrstil.com, asking us remove your email from that specific list.
The reason for collecting and processing this data and information is because we have a contract with you ,i.e., to deliver your purchases or Herrstil newsletter, or to provide you with other services you have requested. We will also use your personal data to send you sales and marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you if we have your explicit consent for this activity. You can opt out from our newsletter at any time.
For how long do we keep your data?
We will only retain your personal data as long as it is necessary for us to fulfill our commitment due to contract between us and our customers. This means that we will storage order history and any mail correspondence at least 1 year to make sure that we have all information necessary for any complaint or similar actions.
Any correspondence containing personal data or information provided by you through email or text message or any other technical means of communications will be deleted as soon as the errand, for which reason we obtained this information, has been closed and sorted.
The data collected during your purchase on Herrstil.com are retained in accordance with the Swedish tax law (seven years in Sweden), while the data used to send you our newsletter are retained until you ask to be unsubscribed.
PAYMENT
The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed.
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. We accept payment with credit card or invoice.
Invoice payment by Collector
We, together with Collector Bank AB, offer both payment with invoice and partial payment plans. When you choose to pay with invoice you take delivery of you order before you pay. You can then choose to pay the whole amount or split it into partial payments. The invoice gives you 30 days to pay. A invoice fee of 29 kr is added to your purchase.
You can only pay with invoice or partial payment plan if the delivery adress is your registered adress and you are 18 years or older. When you receive your invoice you can choose to make partial payments for up to 36 months by paying the lowest amount specified on the invoice. If you choose the partial payment plan you also have to pay a interest of 19,2% per year.
A smaller credit rating might be done which means your credit information will be collected. In case of delayed or failed payments a delayed payment penalty and penalty interest will be added.

Partial payment plans by Collector

All your purchases during the same month will compiled on the same invoice and sent you your registered adress the following month. The payment can then be split into a partial payment plan for up to 36 months. An invoice fee of 29 kr will be added to your purchase. You can only pay with partial payment plan if the purchase is to your registered adress and you are 18 years or older at the time of the purchase.
When you receive the invoice you pay the lowest amount specified. If you choose the partial payment plan you also have to pay a interest of 19,2% per year. The partial payment amount is always 1/36 of the total amount plus interest and fees, but never less than 50 kr. If you wish to clear the debt you can always pay the total amount specified on the invoice.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Return policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at Herrstil.com you have the opportunity to return the goods within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging or in any other solid box.
Please Note: Please be observant when trying on bought shoes and make sure you try them on a soft and smooth surface, preferably a soft carpet. If the shoes have marks and scratches on the sole or too visible creases on the upper part they will not be eligible for a return.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or is received later than 30 days can’t be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping, additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.
When purchasing an engraved product the rights of return will only be eligible if the product is defected.
Free returns and exchanges is only available for Sweden-based costumers.
How to return
Please contact us at support@herrstil.com.
At the complaint, the customer contacts Herrstil and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or through a deposit to a bank account within 30 days.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How to exchange

Once we have received we will inspect the products you wish to exchange and ship your new products within 5 weekdays.
Shipping
*Free shipping for purchases 299kr is only valid for shipping addresses in Sweden. For other EU countries the minimum order amount for free shipping is 499kr and up.

Orders purchased weekdays before 1pm are shipped the same day. Orders with engraved products can take up to 5 weekdays extra before they are shipped. After orders are shipped the delivery time is 1-3 days.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs for your order will not be refunded.
Non-picked up parcels
If the customer fails to collect the sent items and Herrstil receives the package in return the customer will have to pay an additional 180 SEK if Herrstil is to send the package again.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WITHIN THE EU AND SCHENGEN
Delivery
Orders purchased weekdays before 1pm are shipped the same day. Orders with engraved products can take up to 5 weekdays extra before they are shipped. After orders are shipped the delivery time is 3-8 business days.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs for your order will not be refunded.
Herrstil will not cover neither Custom fees nor VAT.
Non-picked up parcels
If the customer fails to collect the sent items and Herrstil receives the package in return the customer will have to pay an additional 400 SEK if Herrstil is to send the package again.
If a package is sent back to us due to a customers refusal to collect the parcel or error to do so, Herrstil will add an additional fee to cover the extra shipping costs. This money will be taken from the return i.e, the customer will not be fully refunded.
